From sponsorship setup to visa delivery, we manage the process end to end — structured, compliant, and outcome-focused.  Our approach is, transparent, and sustainable — ensuring organisations can access the talent they need while remaining compliant, efficient, and future-ready.

Temporary and regional employer sponsored visas

The Subclass 408 (Temporary Activity Visa) provides short-term workforce solutions for specialised projects, urgent skills gaps, and time-bound workforce demands.

The Subclass 482 (Temporary Skill Shortage Visa) enables employers to sponsor skilled workers where local labour shortages exist, supporting business continuity, growth, and operational stability.

The Subclass 494 (Skilled Employer Sponsored Regional Visa) supports regional workforce development, allowing employers in designated regional areas to attract skilled talent while creating a clear pathway to permanent residency.

Independent visas - General Skilled Migration

The Subclass 189 (Skilled Independent Visa) offers a points-tested pathway to permanent residency for highly skilled individuals, enabling talent to live and work anywhere in Australia without employer sponsorship.

The Subclass 190 (Skilled Nominated Visa) provides a state or territory–nominated permanent residency pathway, supporting workforce needs aligned to regional and state economic priorities.

The Subclass 491 (Skilled Work Regional Visa) enables skilled migrants to live and work in designated regional areas, creating a structured pathway to permanent residency while strengthening regional workforce capacity.

Permanent  employer sponsored visas

The Subclass 186 (Employer Nomination Scheme Visa) provides a direct pathway to permanent residency for skilled professionals through both the Direct Entry and Temporary Residence Transition streams, allowing employers to retain critical talent and build organisational continuity.
To be eligible for the transition stream an employee must have worked on a subclass 482 sponsored visa for two years in a full time capacity.

The Subclass 191 (Permanent Residence (Skilled Regional) Visa) offers a permanent residency pathway for regional visa holders, supporting long-term regional workforce sustainability and economic development. Qualified applicants have held a 491 or 494 visa for a minimum of three years prior to the application.

Temporary Non-Skilled & Visitor Visas

Reqisa supports you on your journey to Australia if you may only consider a temporary stay.

The Subclass 600  would allow you to holiday in Australia for a maximum period of 12 months.

An Australian Working Holiday visa
(Subclass 417 or 462) allows young adults (typically 18–30, or up to 35 for some nations)
from eligible countries to work and travel for
up to 12 months, with options to extend to three years by doing specific work.

Our Approach

Reqisa does not treat visas as standalone transactions. We integrate visa strategy into broader workforce planning, recruitment alignment, and placement delivery. Whether your organisation is addressing immediate skill shortages or building long-term workforce capability, Reqisa delivers structured employer-sponsored visa pathways aligned to your business objectives.
